Levamisole ו-oxyclozanide פועלים נגד קשת רחבה של תולעי מערכת העיכול ונגד תולעי ריאות. Levamisole גורם לעלייה בטונוס השרירים הצירי ואחריו שיתוק של תולעים. Oxyclozanide הוא סליצילניליד ופועל נגד טרמטודות, נמטודות מוצצות דם וזחלים של Hypoderma ו-Oestrus spp.
אינדיקציות
מניעת וטיפול בזיהומים במערכת העיכול ותולעי ריאות בבקר, עגלים, כבשים ועזים כמו Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Chabertia, Bunostomum, Dictyocaulus ו-Fasciola (liverfluke) spp.
התוויות נגד
מתן לבעלי חיים עם תפקוד כבד לקוי.
מתן במקביל של פירנטל, מורנטל או אורגנו-פוספטים.
ניהול ומינון
למתן דרך הפה.
בקר, עגלים: 2.5 מ"ל לכל 10 ק"ג משקל גוף.
כבשים ועיזים: 1 מ"ל לכל 4 ק"ג משקל גוף.
לנער היטב לפני השימוש.
תופעות לוואי
מינון יתר עלול לגרום לגירוי, צלקות, הזעה, ריור מוגזם, שיעול, היפרפנואה, הקאות, קוליק ועוויתות.
אִחסוּן
יש לאחסן מתחת ל-25ºC, במקום קריר ויבש, ולהגן מפני אור.
