Functions:
Antiparasitic drugs. It is use for livestock and poultry nematodosis and taeniasis.

Composition:Albendazole 300 mg.
Excipients q.s. 1 bolus.
Indications:Prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal and pulmonary strongyloses, cestodoses, fascioliasis and dicrocoelioses. albendazole 300 is ovicidal and larvicidal. it is active in particular on encysted larvae of respiratory and digestive strongyles.
Contraindications:Hypersensitive to albendazole or any components of alben300.

Dosage:For oral administration.
Cattle, sheep, goats and pigs:1 tablet/70kg body weight.
Special Warnings:Not used in laying period for laying hens. It can cause intestinal flora imbalance, long-term medication can cause the reduction of vitamin B and vitamin K synthesis and absorption, should add the appropriate vitamins.
Adverse Reaction:Long-term use can damage the kidneys and nervous system, affect weight gain, and may occur sulfonamides poisoning.
Withdrawal Period:
Cattle, sheep and goats: 10 days.
Pigs: 15 days.
Milk: 7 days.

Pharmacokinetics:Levamisole is absorbed from the gut after oral dosing and through the skin after dermal application, although bioavailabilities are variable. It is reportedly distributed throughout the body. Levamisole is primarily metabolized with less than 6% excreted unchanged in the urine. Plasma elimination half-lives have been determined for several veterinary species: Cattle 4-6 hours; Dogs 1.8-4 hours; and Swine 3.5-6.8 hours. Metabolites are excreted in both the urine (primarily) and feces.
