Pharmacological action
Linketamine antibiotic. Lincomycin is a kind of lincomycin, which has a strong effect on gram-positive bacteria, such as staphylococcus, hemolytic streptococcus and pneumococcus, and has an inhibitory effect on anaerobic bacteria, such as clostridium tetanus and Bacillus perfringens; It has weak effect on mycoplasma. Treponema suis and Toxoplasma gondii
It has a certain effect. Gram negative aerobic bacteria are usually insensitive. The absorption is rapid but incomplete when taken orally by animals, and the bioavailability is 20%~50% when taken orally by pigs. Some drugs are metabolized in the liver, and the drug prototype and its metabolites are excreted through bile, urine and milk.
Function and use
Linketamine antibiotic. It is used to treat the infection of gram-positive bacteria in pigs and chickens, such as swine dysentery, chicken necrotizing enteritis, etc. It can also be used to infect dry pigs and chickens with mycoplasma.
Usage and dosage
Calculated by this product. Mixed drinking: 0.4~0.7g for pigs per 1L of water for 7 days; 1.5g for chickens for 5~10 days.
Adverse reactions
This product has neuromuscular blocking effect.
Precautions
(1) It is prohibited for laying hens during laying period.
(2) It is prohibited for animals allergic to this product or infected with rosary.
