Pharmacological effect
Pharmacodynamics Myxin is a kind of polypeptide antibacterial agent, which is a kind of alkaline cationic surfactant. Through interaction with phospholipids in bacterial cell membrane, it penetrates into bacterial cell membrane, destroys its structure, and then causes changes in membrane permeability, leading to bacterial death and bactericidal effect.
This product is effective against aerobic bacteria, Escherichia coli, haemophilus, Klebsiella, Pasteurella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Gram negative bacteria such as bacteria, salmonella and shigella have strong antibacterial effect. Gram positive bacilli.Often insensitive. There was complete cross resistance with polymyxin B, but no cross resistance with other antibiotics.
Pharmacokinetics: Oral administration hardly absorbed the drug, but non gastrointestinal administration absorbed it rapidly. Drugs that enter the body can be quickly.It can enter the heart, lung, liver, kidney and skeletal muscle rapidly, but it is not easy to enter the brain, spinal cord, chest, joint cavity and sensory.
Infected foci. It is mainly excreted through the kidney.
Drug interaction
(1) Combined with muscle relaxants and neuromuscular blockers such as aminoglycosides may cause muscle weakness and apnea.
(2) It has synergistic effect with chelating agent (EDTA) and cationic cleaner on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and is often used in combination for the treatment of local infection.

Peptide antibiotics. It is mainly used to treat intestinal infection caused by gram-negative bacteria.
Usage and dosage
Calculated by this product. Mixed drinking: 0.4~2g for pig and 0.2~0.6g for chicken per 1L of water; Mixed feeding: 0.4~0.8g per 1kg feed for pigs.
Adverse reactions
No adverse reaction was found when used according to the prescribed usage and dosage.
Precautions
(1) Chickens laying eggs for human consumption shall not be used during the laying period.
(2) Continuous use should not exceed one week.

7 days for pigs and chickens.
