Amoxicillin Soluble Powder
Amoxicillin
This product is white or almost white powder.
Pharmacodynamics Amoxicillin is a B-lactam antibiotic with broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. The antibacterial spectrum and activity are basically the same as ampicillin. The antibacterial activity against most gram-positive bacteria is slightly weaker than penicillin, and it is sensitive to penicillinase, so it is ineffective against penicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It has a strong effect on gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella and Pasteurella, but these bacteria are prone to drug resistance. It is not sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because its absorption in monogastric animals is better than ampicillin, and its blood concentration is higher, it has a better effect on systemic infection. It is applicable to respiratory system, urinary system, skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria.
Pharmacokinetics: amoxicillin is quite stable to gastric acid, which is absorbed by 74%~92% after oral administration in monogastric animals. The contents of gastrointestinal tract affect the absorption rate, but do not affect the degree of absorption, so mixed feeding can be used. After oral administration of the same dose, the serum concentration of amoxicillin was 1.5~3 times higher than that of ampicillin.
(1) The combination of this product and aminoglycosides can increase the concentration of the latter in bacteria, showing a synergistic effect.
(2) Fast acting bacteriostatic agents such as macrolides, tetracyclines and amide alcohols interfere with the bactericidal effect of this product and should not be used together.
β- Lactam antibiotics. It is used to treat the infection of gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria sensitive to amoxicillin in chickens.
Calculated by this product. Take orally: 0.2~0.3g chicken per 1kg body weight. 2 times a day for 5 consecutive days: mixed drink: 0.6g chicken per 1L water for 3 to 5 consecutive days.
It has a strong interference effect on the normal flora of gastrointestinal tract.
(1) Chickens laying eggs for human consumption shall not be used during the laying period.
(2) Gram positive bacteria resistant to penicillin should not be used.
(3) Ready to use.
